Payment issues

All our in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple and Google, we do not handle any payments directly.

We recently started receiving complaints about payments, all of those cases are linked to this website: mypuregaming.com
We are NOT affiliated to that website at all, please redirect your payment issues queries directly to them!

Support

We would love to hear your questions, comments and thoughts, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to handle all account related issues very swiftly, for other matters there might be a one to two week delay before your message will be handled.

You can easily get in touch with us by opening the Retro Game Collector app: go to the overview with all the consoles, tap the menu in the upper left, select 'Help & Info' and then choose 'Contact us'.

If you you cannot access the app, you can also contact us by filling in a form online.
